Payments can be made by credit card or Paypal.

You can choose to have your order delivered to a pickup point via Mondial Relay, to your home via Colissimo, or collect your purchases at our premises in Paris.

Your order is shipped between 48 and 72 hours after its confirmation on our site.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders placed during public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

At Bichette Kids, we know that life as a parent moves at breakneck speed, so we've decided to give you 30 days to change your mind.

To return an item, you can contact us at contact@bichettekids.com and we will get back to you with the steps to follow.

Return shipping costs are at your expense.

We will verify that the items are in the same condition as when they were sent and you will then be refunded to the card used for payment.
