What delivery options do you offer?

Your order is shipped within 48 to 72 hours of its confirmation on our site.

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Do you accept returns?
At Bichette Kids, we know that parents' lives move at a crazy pace, so we have decided to give you 30 days to change your mind.

To return an item, you can contact us at contact@bichettekids.com and we will get back to you with the procedure to follow.

Return shipping costs are at your expense.

We will verify that the items are in the same condition as when they were sent, and you will then be refunded to the card used for payment.
